The Big Moose

September 6, 2011 at 3:45 am (Uncategorized) (, , )

On Saturday night, I kept a friend of mine company so his daughter and son in law could go to dinner with their kids from Seattle area. I went home at 9 p.m., and went to bed because I had a long day that day. I remebered I was going to buy some ribs and corn on the cob for mom to celebrate Labor day. I went to the store and dropped off the groceries to my mom’s house at 10p.m. I was not 10 feet from a giant moose in my mom’s front yard. it scared me and (Of cousrse) it scared me because I didn’t expect to see bullwinkle eating my mom’s grass. I looked the moose, trying to unlock my mom’s front door to get in. The moose yelped and went over by mom’s tree and started eating again. I left QUIETLY

a few minutes later and went home. I missed the best part of the night. The moose bugled to his family at 2 a.m. He beds down at the next door neighbors house. The next night, I missed it again. The whole family of moose was at mom’s house. The neighborhood all stood out at my mom’s driveway and watched the family of moose.

I have deer walking down my street at 5 a.m. everyday. the bay down the hill from me is brown and cruchy so the deer come up my street to eat the neighbors lawn and trees. it is cool to see 5 deer walking down your street early in the morning. we also have quail in the early morning. Before all the cats get up, the quail come and eat.
