In Memory Of 9-11

I can’t forget the images I watched unfold that day.

I watched in horror when the  planes were hitting the twin towers. I could not believe this was happening. I watched all the chaos unfolding at my church that morning. We said a prayer for New York. Many lives were changed in an instant, while so many other lives were lost. So many worked tirelessly to help put out the fires and see the employees to safety. They also worked tirelessly after the fires were extinguished, to recover the victims lost. The face of America changed that day. Today, we are still a strong nation under God. May we never forget those who had lost their lives while going to work as usual. And may we never forget the many who risked their own lives to save others.

Today ened on a good note. I am in Private Home health Care. I take care of a beautiful 93 year old woman who owns 10 cats! You would never know they live there except for when they all come in to eat. The daughter had Hospice come in and help out. The chaplin and I were talking and he asked me ‘didn’t I write a book?’ I told him I had. he told me he loved my book. I was blessed because  The Hospice staff has read my book. Never give up on your dreams you don’t know who is watching you. I have often been told ‘I don’t know how you have done this’. The more time that passes, the pain does lessen. I am grateful to God for the Ministry I have been given. Just knowing Levi smiles down from heaven cheering his mom on is encouragement to keep moving forward in my life. my life can only get better.
